WAYNESBORO BOROUGH AUTHORITY

FEBRUARY 8, 2006

MINUTES

Authority Chairman Jon Fleagle called the special meeting of the Waynesboro Borough Authority to order at 7:30 p.m. with the following in attendance:

Borough Authority Members – S. Allen Stine, Lee Layman, Jon Fleagle and Christopher Snively (Bill Pflager was absent)

          Borough Staff – S. Leiter Pryor, Director of Utilities

                     D. Lloyd Reichard, II, Authority Solicitor

          Others - Craig Houghton, PSU Mont Alto Campus Forestry Department

Chairman Fleagle called for an executive session to discuss a legal matter at 7:31 p.m. Mr. Fleagle resumed the special meeting at 8:50 p.m. Lee Layman made a motion to hire Craig Houghton as a timber consultant to prepare a report on the timber harvested from the Waynesboro Water Shed along Cold Spring Road in Hamiltonban Township. The motion was seconded by S. Allen Stine and passed unanimously.

Having no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m. on a Stine/Snively motion which passed unanimously.
