JUNE 9, 2005 - Special Meeting

                                                                WAYNESBORO, PA 17268

Council President Charles McCammon called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

The following were in attendance:

Council Members – Charles McCammon, Lori Newcomer, Harold Mumma, Richard George and John Cook

          Mayor Louis Barlup

          Staff – Lloyd Hamberger, Borough Manager

Mayor Barlup led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. McCammon noted the purpose of this meeting was to interview the four individuals who submitted written notices that they were interested in the Third Ward Council vacancy. Mr. McCammon noted this was to fill the position through the end of 2005. An appointment is to be made at the Council meeting of June 15^th.

The Council proceeded to interview the following individuals: Michael Forney, Benjamin Greenawalt, Stephen Monn and Allen Porter.

The interviews ended at 8:35 p.m, at which time Mr. McCammon called for an executive session for personnel matters.

The Board exited from the executive session at 8:55 p.m.,and adjourned at that time following a motion by Mr. George and a second by Mr. Cook.
